| The name is Max Phillips. The alias is "Vanguard". Most people know me as either one or the other, sometimes both. I'm a Freelance Photographer, taking pictures of people and places that peak my interest whenever I get the chance. My favorite subjects are usually people and architecture, although I like taking both action shots and pictures of landscapes now and again as well. I'm always looking for new models, new subjects and new ideas to photograph, so don't hesitate to share any that may come to mind  Most of my photography is already up on my profile over at Flickr. Because I don't feel like porting over close to a thousand pictures (give or take) to this site I'm just uploading here the best of the best. My favorites. I'm working on a major of Web Graphic Design and I'm also a freelance writer, so there isn't exactly a "shortage" of things I've created that I can share. I'm also an occasional contributor to The Escapist, an online gaming magazine. To date I'm Guest Reviewed one game (Zeno Clash) and I've been paid for one feature article (Missionaries of the Digital Age).
